3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead as outlined on our pricing page. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their business needs
• Timely payment of agreed-upon fees
• Implementing recommended solutions according to provided guidelines
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared during consultation

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary AI methodologies, frameworks, and consultation materials remain the intellectual property of Goldensunset. Custom solutions developed specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and data shared during our consulting engagement. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Goldensunset's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting services or implementation of our recommendations.

8. Data Usage and AI Training

Client data may be used in anonymized and aggregated form to improve our AI consulting methodologies. No personally identifiable information or proprietary business data will be used without explicit consent.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services with reasonable notice. Existing client engagements will be honored according to their original terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.
